Is there any reference to the Guam Employees Association of the workers from the Philippines?
My Father, Teofilo E. Hermoso was the President of the Filipino Guam Employees Association with Brown
Pacific Maxon. I know for a fact that there was even a major labor dispute that prompted the Philippine Congress to conduct an investigation in Guam.
I am wondering if the labor issues is taken lightly.
