About the author (2006)

Michel Chion is a film-maker, lecturer and Cahiers du Cinema critic, based in Paris, France. He is the author of David Lynch (BFI, 1995; The Voice in Cinema (1999), Kubrick's Cinematic Odyssey (BFI, 2001), and a BFI Film Classic on 'Eyes Wide Shut' (2002).
