About the author (2002)

MICHEL SYRETT has written on business issues for a variety of publications including The Times, Sunday Times, Daily Telegraph, Asian Business and South China Business Post. He has also conducted research on innovation and leadership for Cranfield School of Management and the University of Hong Kong. Jean Lammiman has worked as a strategic HR practitioner for the International Stock Exchange, Rank Xerox and Grand Metropolitan as well as leading consultancy and research projects for Ambrosetti and the City University Business School.
