The Life of William Budge
William Budge was born in 1828 at Lanark, Lanarkshire, Scotland, the son of William and Mary Scott Budge. He joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1848 while living at Airdrie, Scotland and served several missions for the church before immigrating to Utah in 1860. The married three times and was the father of thirty six children. He served as President of the London Conference; President of the European Mission; President of the Bear Lake Stake, Idaho; and other church possitions. He was president of the Logan, Utah, temple in 1915, when this book was written.
