About the author (2003)

Elsa Petersen-Schepelarn is a Danish-Australian food writer based in London who spends much of her time sampling food and wine from around the world.

James Merrell is one of Britain's finest photographers, specializing in food and interiors. His work has appeared in leading international style magazines, including Elle Decoration, Marie Claire, Martha Stewart Living, and Australian Vogue Entertaining. His photgraphs appeared in the two earlier books in this series, Smoothies and Other Blended Drinks and Gelato, Sorbet, and Ice Cream.
