George Offor's 1836 Introduction, best tells us the Tyndale story !
He says that it is amazing that we even have William's 1526 work today (1836), due to the legal & religious persecution there
existed to destroy The Word of God.
George wrote in 1836 ; 310 years after W.T.'s 1526 Newe Testament was printed.
And we now have the priviledge to read both of these Books, 488 years later in 2014 !
Yes sir , George writes his Introduction with passion & love.
And then he publishes the 1526 in an easier font to read , but remains faithful to the original Text.
www.cbd.com has the 1526 Tyndale New Testament FACSIMILE in Hardback $29 & Genuine Leather for $46...now on $19.
I hope to also find this work by G. Offor in a facsimile soon !
