Diagrams help you recognize problems and, in many cases, treat them quickly and easily. Easy-to-follow decision charts tell you exactly when to see a doctor. Take Care of Yourself also covers emergencies, how to avoid health problems, what to keep in a home pharmacy, and how to work best with your doctor.

Amazing! I was led to this book for a reason and it was so refreshing and ispiring to read it. Doctors, hospitals, and medicine all have their place in this world...but there are so many times when you can heal naturally and use natural things to heal yourself with. The body is an amazing creation...don't you think it has the ability to fix itself? This all is advice I need to take myself.
