Excellent book. While reading this book I realized that I was using GIT incorrectly, which explains some of my frustration. As with any tool, you must understand it otherwise the tool will cut you.
Highly recommend this book.

This is a *good* concepts book. If you're simply trying to get up and running -- download Git and TortoiseGit then look at the short(hour+) video on Safari.
