good overview, a little slim on the details

I expected that actual portions of the UCC would be printed in here, but I was wrong. Still a good overview book. Also good when you need to skim a topic to find out what sections of the the UCC actually apply and cross-reference. Unfortunately, I have to read the book along with the UCC. Read full review
