About the author (1998)

Stewart Smith is a former Navy SEAL & a certified trainer. As director of the Get Fit Now chain of Family Fitness Centers, Stew has worked with scores of high school athletes. A native of Live Oak, Florida, he now resides in Severna Park, Maryland.
