About the author (1988)

Weymouth T. Jordan, Jr., served as head of the Civil War Roster Project from 1970 to 2004. He earned a B.A. and an M.A. from Florida State University. Mr. Jordan edited twelve volumes (IV-XV) of the Roster series.
