The book is a wonderful and absolute joy to read. Both authors do a great job at expressing their humanity, what drives them, as well who they are through their poetry. I found multiple pieces that made me reminiscent of my childhood or to be truly relatable to my human experience. The book is certainly worth the read! 

This poetry is a wonderful read for all ages. Each poem welcomed a new emotional connection! From a childhood memory to understanding a different culture or faith. This book is full of inspiring words.

Purchased this book and have been taking my time going through it and digesting/meditating on the thoughts presented here. The poetry is amazing. It’s deep, thought provoking and easy to read. Many of the poems are empowering. There are also a lot of cultural references and relevant connections to things that are currently going on. Buy this book and take your time absorbing the poetry. You won’t regret it.
