A Canadian Challenge

Front Cover
This essay deals with the Conquest of 1763, the Rebellion of 1837, and many other historical events. It is a political essay on contemporary Quebec and Canada. It describes two parameters. The first concerns the fact that Canada is profoundly dependent on the conquest of 1763, and its appropriation of the political consequences that flow spontaneously from Quebec's specificity. The second focuses on the fact that within the geopolitical context of North America, it is to Quebec's advantage to have a politically functional Canada.
