A detailed and very clear book on how Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia can be treated. I went to the Firbromyalgia and Fatigue Center in Atlanta (international program) and they were great (www.fibroandfatigue.com). I started the treatment that dr. Teitelbaum describes in March 2009 and now, 6 months later the improvements are sygnificant. From 8 hours bedrest (feeling more dead then alive) to 2 hours a day (confortable rest), ´brainfog´ or zombie hours are decreased by ±80%. Still have some pain, but don´t need pain medication anymore. Still have much less energy then most people, but I am up and enjoying life again. READ THE BOOK!

I read the book, ordered three of the recommended dietary supplements and made an appointment for telephone consultation. When I did not receive a call on the appointed day and time, I inquired by email. I received a call the following day but was told that they had not yet reviewed my file and would call me back within the hour. The call did indeed come within the hour but I was told that because of a computer malfunction, they were unable to access my file and would call back another day. I had provided by FAX my complete medical history, history of CFS, blood work, etc. Additionally, I experienced considerable gastrointestional distress while taking the recommended supplements. I've since decided to discontinue the recommended treatment and not pursue further consultation with Dr. Teitelbaum's staff.
