About the author (2012)

Lee Nelson is a founding member of the Australian Poker Hall of Fame, with live lifetime earnings in excess of $2,000,000. In January 2006, he won the main event at the Aussie Millions and its approximatley US$1,000,000 first prize. Lee also won the 2005 Party Poker World Open and its $400,000 prize. Making final tables with remarkable regularity in international tournaments, Lee's been dubbed with the nickname "Final Table.

Tysen Streib has been playing poker since 1998, both online and in live play. He specializes in the mathematical aspects of tournament structures, game theory, and optimal plays. He wrote a majority of the advanced quantitative analysis for the highly popular poker book Kill Everyone. His recent projects include new game design as well as developing artificial intelligences for computer players in both poker and other card/strategy games. He holds an engineering degree, as well as an MBA.

Steven Heston is a university professor. He designed the computer models used in Kill Phil and did the optimal departure analysis for Don Schlesinger's Blackjack Attack book.
