One of the books which I know I can trust. I LOVE the Mushrooms berkeley recipe, which our family always calls "Dark and Evil" when it appeals on the table. It's starting to fall apart from use, but I'd never be without it. Read full review

This is a classic that belongs on the bookshelf of anyone who cooks. Personally, I'm omnivorous, but there are dishes in here I can't live without. With a renewed interest in vegetarian cuisine for health reasons, this book is making a much deserved comeback. Read full review
