Even if written 5 years ago, I think it still stands its ground and needs further spreading of the notion of genes evolving continuously all along a lifespan, also advocate continuous learning and stimulation through experiencing new places, things, foods, meeting people from less familiar backgrounds to enhance our own comprehension of life and its purpose on planet Earth!

This book can be summed up by the following sentence: Quit using genes as an excuse for failures,and try harder.

Excellent book.
I listened to it on audio, but bought the book as well to outline some specifics about practice and on parenting. It brings a more engaged proactive role into parenting and guiding your children to develop specific talents.

for everyone interested in gaining more out of there daily lives
