I opened the book, followed the directions precisely and my first batch (Baguette) came out superbly. My family devoured every loaf I baked and I am now on to Challah. You can make better bread than you can buy using this book as your guide and it is fast and easy to boot!

I absolutely LOVE this book!! Who would have thought that fresh bread every day could be so simple? My husband loves European style breads (especially French baguette and heavy peasant breads) and he has been in heaven. I used to use my bread machine often, but it hasn't seen the light of day since I got started with this book. I'm afraid it's destined for the shelves at Goodwill :) I also have not bought any bread from the store nor have I purchased frozen pizza...I use the Olive Oil Dough recipe for the base, toss on whatever toppings we have on hand, and slide it onto the baking stone. In 10 minutes or so we have the best pizza ever!
I highly recommend this book...it will change your life. And it really is that easy!!
