There indeed remains no doubt on the efficacy of the computer which may aid the usual teaching in day to day classroom subjects. With professional aid to the fore Teaching has become more of fun. The Stylus and Chalk both add a new dimension to the overall teaching experience. Animated Science Experiments disciplines like Chemistry, Physics, Electronics and Geometry add on to a whole new learning feel. Such enterprises not only simulate the laboratory environment but also in turn makes group learning more effective and less expensive. However there lies one major hitch in most of such experiences and that remains the continuity of usage. Teachers being new to this form of gadgetry in the Indian Context and the whole affair restricted to the Urbane audience may raise a brow or two of concern. Maintenance of equipment, updation of softwares and its complementary usage with the legendary Text book coupled with the versatility of a teacher, seeks for the skills of a pro.
Not a bad proposition to begin with. The direction of the wind may not be changed but the sail may be adjusted to reach one's destination.
