I read this book with a men's Journey group and really enjoyed Wilkerson's insights into the work of vine dressers as that applies to the reading of John 15, which compares abiding in Christ with the way a vineyard gardener cares for the vines. Read full review

I really have tried to give Wilkinson's books the benefit of a doubt, but they are so chock full of "Americanized" christianity that they are hard to take seriously. This was better than Prayer of Jabez, but barely. Read full review
