Wolfgang Benedek is Professor of International Law at the University of Graz.
Esther Mayambala Kisaakye is a member of the Faculty of Law, Makerere University.
Gerd Oberleitner is Lecturer in International Law at the University of Graz.

Mag. (FH) Veronika Bauer wurde 1983 in Meran, Sudtirol geboren. Ihr Studium der Unternehmensfuhrung in der Tourismus- und Freizeitwirtschaft schloss sie 2007 am Management Center in Innsbruck (MCI) ab. Die Autorin war bereits vor ihrem Studium in dieser Branche tatig und sammelte Berufserfahrung in verschiedenen Positionen. Ihre Tatigkeit in der Therme Meran veranlasste sie dazu, die Thematik der Messung der Kundenzufriedenheit zum Mittelpunkt dieser Arbeit zu machen. Dieses Thema begleitet die Autorin auch weiterhin, unabhangig ob als Unternehmensberaterin, Marketingverantwortliche oder Geschaftsfuhrerin.
