About the author (2007)

Beth Whitaker is a Research Associate with the UN Vision Project on Global Public Policy Networks and a Senior Research Assistant at the Brookings Institution in Washington, DC.

He is a professor of educational leadership at Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana.
