About the author (2001)

Gillian Kemp is a freelance writer and astrologer who first encountered gypsies while growing up in rural Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. Her horoscope columns appear regularly in Baby and Your Health magazines, and she is a frequent contributor to cable television. She lives in Buckinghamshire.
