Published 1984? Too bad Seuss waited so long. But I suppose he got fed up when Ronald Reagan got gung-ho with his 'Star Wars' (Strategic Defense Initiative). This book is anything but subtle, and it is more universally applicable than just to the Cold War. Bonus * for the non-ending. Read full review
