About the author (2010)

Beginning in 1965 and for the next forty-two years I worked as a Multi-Line adjuster. I worked for companies for twenty nine years,and owned my own business for thirteen years. Total Career Forty Two years. In sharing this knowledge and experience in thesestories I hope the reader will become more comfortable dealing with an adjuster when they are faced with a claim. I reside with my wife in Columbia, Missouri.
