About the author (2012)

Margaret R. Bunson is the author or coauthor of several reference and history books, including the Encyclopedia of Ancient Mesoamerica and The Encyclopedia of Saints. She has had a lifelong interest in ancient Egypt and has taught college courses on the subject.
