This is not a scientific paper but a collage of thoughts of the authors, an essay. It is full of unforgivable historiographic errors like: pg 619"...Romania regains and then loses Transylvania to Soviet Union...". Maybe this happened in a parallel universe not ours. Lousy job done by the two authors...Doesn't worth the time to read it.
