J. Anne Helgren has written six books and hundreds of articles on cats and cat care in " Cat Fancy, Purina ProCare, I Love Cats, " and other publications. She is also a contributing editor for "Cats Magazine, " where she wrote their featured "Breed of the Month" column for nine years. She also wrote 50 cat breed profiles for, and more than 40 articles for Pet She is a professional member of the Cat Writers' Association.
