The main thing I liked about this book was the writing style. No, seriously. IT WAS ADORABLE. It made me smile, and it reminded me of soft tinkly piano music. It was gorgeous and adorable and ahhhh. Not my favourite book in general, but I liked it. :-) Read full review

Auteur de nombreux romans, de livres pour enfants, et d'une vie romancee de Jesus, elle construit des histoires ou se cotoient beaute et merveilleux. Ce roman lui valut le prestigieux "Carnegie Medal" en 1946. Elizabeth Goudge est decedee le 1er avril 1984
