About the author (2000)

Romance novelist, Lucy Gordon was born in England. She began her writing career as a journalist for a woman's magazine where she met and interviewed men like Sir Roger Moore and Warren Beatty. She eventually left the magazine and pursued writing full-time. To date, she has written over 50 romance novels. She won her first RITA Award for Song of the Lorelei in 1991 and a second for His Brother's Child in 1998. She also writes under the pseudonym Penelope Stratton.
