At each section the book presents a brief explanation of several algorithms/data structures along with a neat list of UVA problems that can be solved using the ideas/algorithms previously presented.Some of the problems could even be thought as 'open' as i sadly found out(too late) with 'Adventures in Moving: Part IV' in the dynamic programming section that could be solved in linear time.
