About the author (2001)

Elizabeth Alston is the food editor at Woman's Day magazine. A former Redbook food and nutrition editor, Ms. Alston is the author of the Redbook Bread Book. She trained at the Cordon Bleu in London, has been a chef and teacher, and now lives in New York City.

Miletello is a Medical Oncologist. He has been taking care of people with cancer for over twenty years. In his practice he exhibits a strong desire to help invididuals adjust to a cancer diagnosis and to continue to live normal, healthy lives. He recognizes the importance fo diet and nutrition before, during and after treatment. He is certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology and is actively involved in oncology research.
