Very powerful, effective. I have been meditating for 40 years and these are some of the most astounding, yet simple techniques I have ever encountered. They are thought. and energy exercises mainly. I feel my true potential awakening wirh these practices. It is not contrary to religious practices and can even enhance them if you choose.
