About the author (2007)

Kevin C Desouza is on the faculty of the Information School at the University of Washington. He is a Senior Strategic Advisor to The Engaged Enterprise, a strategy consulting firm with expertise in the areas of knowledge management, crisis management, strategic deployment of information systems and government, and competitive intelligence assignments. He is co-author of The Outsourcing Handbook (Kogan Page) and editor of New Frontiers of Knowledge Management.
