About the author (1993)

Roger Fritz writes and speaks from 30 years experience as a manager, corporate executive, university president, and highly successful consultant to over 300 clients, including AT&T, IBM, Pizza Hut, Caterpillar, Sara Lee, and scores of other corporations and organizations. He is the author of 35 books, including You're in Charge, Personal Performance Contracts, Nobody Gets Rich Working for Somebody Else, and The Inside Advantage; and he has produced 25 audio cassettes. His unique People Compatibility Software System is the only computerized product on the market that evaluates compatibility in the workplace. Dr. Fritz's "Productivity and Results" (PAR) in-house training services have enabled hospitals and medical centers to save millions of dollars. His "Performance Based Management" (PBM) system has quadrupled the growth rate of a prominent nationally franchised restaurant chain. His video-based management series has been the core training program for one of the nation's largest companies in the recreation industry.
