This book is amazing and well worth a read for any menopausal woman. There's very little support for menopausal women especially perimenopause. There are far reaching health implications when are hormones go down much more than just the end of our reproductive life. Oestrogen is involved in a huge amount of body systems. This book will blow your mind.
