About the author (2014)

Justine SanFilippo graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She became a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and received training from teachers such as Dr. Andrew Weil, Deepak Chopra, Dr. Mark Hyman, Wayne Dyer and David Wolfe. SanFilippo has a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition, is an ACE-certified personal trainer, and former owner of a women’s gym.
