I'm sure someone will be raising an eyebrow by now that I'm reading a Buddhist book.
Sentiments aside, Dalai Lama is such a prolific teacher. So far, the teachings in this book have been very
inspirational. The "nuggets" contained in this book (as I refer to them) are perfect antidotes for stress and other factors that hinders a smooth daily living.
