The most comprehensive reference book on mycorrhizae. I am a graduate student in a top mycology lab. This book can be found on the shelves of two PhD students, a post doc, and our mentor. This book is not for the amateur.

Section 1 Arbuscular mycorrhizas
Section 2 Ectomycorrhizas
Section 3 Ericoid orchid and mycoheterotrophic mycorrhizas
