DONALD MCANDREW is a professor of composition and English education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he also serves as Director of Graduate Studies in Composition and TESOL.THOMAS REIGSTAD, a professor of English at SUNY College at Buffalo, specializes in writing and Mark Twain studies.
