This 1877 book is a tremendous find for those of us who enjoy researching comparative religion and mythology. Rich in resources and well-researched for its era, one can clearly see this 1877 tome as an influence on no less an eminence than Joseph Campbell. This book is yet another argument for Google systematically scanning and storing humanity's written wealth of knowledge.
