Adventure: What Fear Have You

Front Cover
Createspace Independent Pub, Mar 1, 2011 - Sports & Recreation - 76 pages

The Zen of martial arts deemphasizes the power of the intellect and extols that of intuitive action. Its ultimate goal is to free the individual from illusion, false passion, and anger. By holding your 'one point' and remaining centered, you feel one with the universe and at the same time, totally aware of your bodily relationship to the universe. This novel has zen philosophy, surfing, stories and much more!
