Sandra Rutter, Ph.D., is a trained psychologist who has conducted extensive research on addiction. Dr. Rutter has an M.A. in Research Psychology from San Francisco State University and a Ph.D. from the University of New Hampshire (1990). She has extensive research and teaching experience at several colleges and universities, and has published papers about addictive disorders in several academic journals.
