I can't overstate how much this book has inspired me! It is written in such an easy to read style - very conversational. I only read it when I had time (mostly just before bed), yet I finished all 600+ pages - so don't let the size discourage you. It's so inspiring to see how God uses a life that is fully surrendered to Him! I was brought to tears many times. I could tell you about the time God turned a Disco into a church (pg 229), or about the time where "... the only hope was in the power of God showing up" (pg 241). There's the beautiful account of how the Gospel baton was passed from George Jefferies to Bonnke (pg 147). There's the interesting passages that talk about healing (pg 286), about Satan (pg 303), about Benny Hinn (pg 411). There's the scene where Gays had come to a crusade to disrupt the meeting & the crowd started to beat them up, but Bonnke saves them from the crowd by personally inviting them to the event (pg 424). There's the story of the man on death row in an African prison that God calls to be a pastor (pg 428, 579). Or there's the incredible healing of Jean, where she get's her back & hips restored & is able to run again (pg 444, or 544). There the story of Therea, who deals with divorce & worthlessness, but is eventually called to minister to many (pg 487). Then there's the story of Dave Atta, who converted to Christ from Islam, then gets in a terrible accident & wants to end his life, but is befriended by a loving christian women, before he finally finds healing (pg 591). Lord, send Your fire, build Your church, let Your kingdom come!
