This is an excellent cookbook. I have been dabbling in Spanish cuisine for over 15 years and found some excellent dishes I had never tried. For a most delicious and unusual one-pot dish, try Cazuela de Cerdo y Fideos. I made this dish three times in a month because the family kept requesting it.
