About the author (2013)

Greg Wilson, Australian health expert, has sourced and researched matters of health for many years. Leading on from his intense interest in health, he decided many years ago to pursue this often misunderstood area of our life. He has qualifications in Oriental medicine, double diplomas in counselling, and specialised in health counselling through the Medical Register of Australia. He currently resides in country Victoria, a state of Australia, with his wife, Jacinta, and their two children. They both come from a farming background, and this has helped in giving a sound understanding of the benefits of good nutrition.

He hopes you can take some of the thoughts and ideas in this book and use in everyday health situations.
