This dissertation discusses the evidence of the existence and attributes of the deity, collected from the appearances of nature with additional notes, original and selected, for this edition and a vocabulary of scientific terms. Dr. Paley relates this subject by clearness of statements and description and no other author would have made a book so intelligible, which relates to subjects remote from common observation. Handsomely illustrated with plates. Due to the age of the original book, the reproduction has some light text and is slightly blurred here and there.
