Li Tieying is the former vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China and former director of the State Commission for Economic Reform. Shi Xiaomin is a vice chairman and the secretary of the China Society of Economic Reform. Yang Qixian is a vice chairman of the China Society of Economic Reform.
