Finally--cooking a turkey does not have to be stressful !!! ANY question you could ever think of is answered in this witty and informative book. Renee has thought of everything you need to know about cooking a turkey, AND thrown in about 900 amazing recipes to pair with it. Many of the fantastic appetizers, salads and side dishes can be made ahead of time so you can be free to enjoy your holiday. Full of funny anectodotes and questions asked by years of callers on the Butterball hotline, it will keep you laughing out loud as you plan your holiday or party.

Renee Ferguson answered America's turkey questions for the Butterball Turkey Talk-Line for more than 14 years. Over those years she fielded thousands of consumer questions during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday seasons. She has collected stories, anecdotes, recipes and instructions invarious cooking and food preparation techniques and put them into this consise but lighthearted cookbook for anyone who enjoys eating. Talk Turkey to Me is destined to become a colorful addition to the patchwork quilt of American life.
