Must have classic. Schein presents his 'process consultation' method, that, contrary to an 'expert approach,' focuses on a facilitative process. Written in '69, but still the benchmark. Doesn't mean I agree with everything here, but still, if there's room for only one book in your consulting library, may I suggest this one.
